At ISEEA, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and on time.

1. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Personalised, customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

  • If an order contains both personalised and non-personalised products, shipments may be sent separately.

  • Domestic orders: Delivery is generally expected within 5–7 working days in major cities and 8–10 working days for other locations.

  • International orders: Delivery may take up to 15 working days, depending on the destination, customs and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight and product type.

  • International shipping charges may vary depending on the destination and courier availability.

  • Free domestic shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders or return shipments.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, WhatsApp and/or SMS, wherever applicable.

Orders may be shipped through trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs clearance for international orders

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In case of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Courier delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, return or exchange.

5. Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability and pricing updated.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, ISEEA will notify you and may offer an alternative product, replacement or refund, as applicable.

6. Order Cancellation & Modification

Order cancellation or modification requests may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number and PIN/ZIP code at checkout.

Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to order processing status.

If an order is returned or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any applicable re-shipping or additional delivery charges may be borne by the customer.

For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders may be required.

8. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is reported as lost or undelivered during transit, ISEEA will coordinate with the relevant courier partner to investigate the shipment.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, ISEEA may provide a replacement, alternate product or refund, subject to product availability and the outcome of the investigation.

9. Partial Deliveries

Orders containing multiple products, including personalised, gemstone or silver jewellery, may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

You may therefore receive different items from the same order at different times.

10. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ISEEA cannot guarantee delivery timelines where delays occur due to customs or local authorities.
